I'm a Fan Too

Description:

There are many variations here, but this is one of those open the refrigerator and see what is in there and make something out of it recipes. The only planned ingredients are the spices and the boneless chicken breasts.

4
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1/2
head of cabbage shredded
4
russet potatoes peeled, quartered and sliced
2
large onions diced
4-6
cloves minced garlic
1/3
cup fresh ginger root minced (yeah... that much...)
3T of your favorite curry powder
3T paprika
2T black pepper
2T salt
1
Stick of unsalted butter
Water (or stock)

Directions

1.
Put the onions and unsalted butter int the bottom of a stock pot and turn on the heat. When the onions begin to get glassy add the garlic, ginger and chicken. Add the rest of the spices the potatoes and cabbage. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook until the potatoes are done. Serve and enjoy.
