6oz. of aged white Cheddar

(2oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained

tsp. of freshly ground black pepper
1/4
tsp. of cayenne pepper, or to taste
Directions

Grate the Cheddar by hand.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly to mix.
3.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
