Ingredients

shots Pisco

shot Fresh lemon or lime juice

shot Simple syrup

shot Liquid egg white (or ½ fresh egg white)

dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Directions

Shake first four ingredients with ice for ten seconds and strain into blender machine. Crown with three dashes of bitters to the frothy head of the drink.
