chicken breasts. If breasts are extra large, cut in half. Jalapeno hot sauce, 1 onion, 2 poblamo peppers, 1 - 2 bottles pizza beer, salt & pepper, 2-3 cloves garlic

Clean chicken & put in a zip type bag. Pour enough pizza beer over the chicken to cover. Use a generous amount of hot sauce (to your taste) and seal the bag. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour. Finely chop the onion and pepper. Heat a skillet (medium high) & add oil. When oil is hot, add the onion & pepper. Season with salt & black pepper. Saute until onion is translucent. Add the garlic & saute for another minute or two. Remove chicken from beer marinade & lightly salt & pepper. reserve marinade.

Use spatula to move the veggies to the outside of the pan, brown each side of chicken for 2minutes on each side. Add enitre contents of marinade & reduce heat to Medium. Sautee on each side for around 10 minutes each side or until internal temp is 170 degrees. Serve as a main course with rice or pasta, makes a great sandwich & more.
