Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar, 1/2 cup water and yeast. Let sit for at least 15 minutes to let the yeast activate. Add the rest of the ingredients. (Start with only 3 cups of flour, and add the next cup slowly until not sticky to touch. More may be required). Let rise 15 minutes. Roll dough out to desired thickness and roll crust to desired thickness.

When baking after toppings are put on, bake at 350degrees F, to about 375 degrees F for between 30-45 minutes (depending on thickness)
