Ingredients
Floor (manitoba type), water, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, baker's yeast (preferibly "cube" baker's yeast), tomato sauce, mozzarella, radicchio (if you don't find it, don't use any substitute ;-) ), brie cheese, speck ham (or raw ham)
Directions

Mix the cube of baker's yeast in a cup of warm water and add some salt and some sugar, put the floor into the cup and then overturn it on a table and add some extra-virgin olive oil. Knead with your hand the dough until it seems like gum! Than stretch the dough and put it to rise in the oven at 50°C . The more it remains in the oven, the more it will rise! So, it's your choice. Meanwhile dice mozzarella cheese, speck ham, brie cheese and radicchio. When pizza seems to be rised, get it out of the oven and increase the temperature to 230°C.

Meanwhile put tomato sauce on the pizza, than mozzarella, speck ham, brie cheese and radicchio.

Put it in the oven and wait 20-30 minutes for the miracle! :-P

Before eating add some oregano and extra-virgin oil.
