(8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
10-inch
springform pan, sprayed with Pam
Directions
1.
Prepare springform pan, spraying sides and bottom.
2.
Press graham cracker crust on bottom and sides (just a little on sides).
3.
Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth.
4.
Pour into crust, it will go over side crust.
5.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Stir together sour cream and 4 tablespoons sugar, set aside.
7.
After 40 minutes, open oven and pour and spread carefully sour cream mixture over top.
8.
It will be soft, so be careful.
9.
Return to oven 10 minutes.

Then turn off oven, open door and leave in 15 minutes. Cool on rack and refrigerate as is for 6 hours.
11.
Then remove ring and top with favorite topping.
