Description:

Peel the skin and boil plantains with a pinch of salt added in the water. Make a paste of these below ingredients to marinade the boiled plantains. 3 red chillies 8-10 black peppers 1 cardamom 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 cup of grated coconut.

1. Peel and diced the plantain
3.
2. Cook the plantain with salt in water
4.
3. After plantain are cooked, add the paste
5.
4. Cook till the gravy thickens
6.
5. Heat 1 tbsp oil
7.
6. Add mustard seeds
8.
7.When they splutter add the plantain curry
9.
8.Cook for 5 mins
10.
9.Serve hot with wheat chappathi or rice.
