Ingredients
5T Butter, cut into 1/2" cubes
2C Cherry Plums, halved and pitted
Flour, enough to coat fruit (this will vary depending on how moist your fruit is)

Toast granola @ 350F for 5-10 min. While granola is toasting, combine sugar and flour, add butter. Add still-warm granola and mix just until crumbly. Chill before use.

Toss fruit with sugar and flour and place in 8x8x2 square baking dish. Cover with chilled topping mix. Bake at 350F for 45 min to 1 hour, until juices begin to bubble and top is golden brown.
