Description:

This dish is a kid friendly, nutricious, and very fulfilling easy fix for the parent short on time. This is no more than rice and hamburger mixed together, cooked in a pot of tomato soup. Great for a cold winters' day.

Ingredients

1/2
lb. Hamburger meat
1
can of Campbell's Tomato soup
Salt/Pepper
1
c. of rice (Can use to personal taste)

Directions

1.
1) mix hamburger and rice together in bowl
2.
2) salt and pepper to taste
3.
3) roll mixture into balls the size of a golf ball
4.
4) pour tomato soup into pot on stove, add about half an inch of water
5.
5) put the balls into pot
6.
6) bring to boil, then simmer for 35-45 minutes. stir every 10 minutes or so, to ensure nothing sticks to bottom of pot.
