Mozzarella Pam or Olive Oil

Ingredients

1
cup uncooked instant Rice
1
½ of hamburger
2
tbsp onion
Tsp garlic
½ tsp pepper
2
cans of stewed or chopped seasoning

Directions

1.
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and cheese to make meatballs.
2.
Put in sprayed 3 qt casserole dish.
3.
Pour cans of tomatoes over top of meatballs in casserole dish.
4.
Sprinkle desired amount of mozzarella cheese over meatballs.
5.
Bake in oven uncovered at 375 for about 45 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked.
6.
Recipe should make 2 inch meatballs.
