Description:

I'm always looking for new adobo dishes or new ways to serve or cook adobo. So I wanted to try mushrooms and asparagus, which is unsual for adobo because it just wouldn't be. But I would just like to move dishes such as adobo which have been Filipino favorites for a long time and move it up a notch.
