pounds lean pork, cut into strips

cup barbecue sauce, your favorite

8-ounce can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
Directions

1. Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker; stir well. 2. In a heavy skillet brown pork strips in a little vegetable oil.

3. Add browned pork strips into combined ingredients and stir to coat.

4. Cook and cover on LOW for 6 to 9 hours. Serve hot from pot with sauce.
