Ingredients

1
Small baking potato, Or 1/2 of the smallest instant mashed potato serveing.
1
to 2 lbs Powdered Sugar
1
jar smooth Peanut butter

Directions

1.
Cook the potato/ or the instant. Either mash the potato or with instant (much easier with instant) just follow the insturctions. (Leave out the butter)
2.
Next Start to add the powdered sugar. Now this is the really fun part and cool to watch. As you add the Powdered sugar, It will turn from solid to liquid and then back to solid again.
3.
The goal is to get as much powdered sugar in it as you can. You want it to be like bread doe but not tacky to the touch. Yes you may have to use your hands to kneed it.
4.
Next Lay out wax paper and put the now solid candy in the center. Roll out long ways and some to the sides to be about no more then a 1/4 inch think. (It can help to use a second thing of wax paper on top of the candy and a rolling pin here)
5.
Spread peanut butter on top of the rolled out candy. (take off the top wax paper if you used one.)
6.
Now take and roll the candy like a pinwheel. You want to roll it across the weight.
7.
Then Cut the candy in about 1/2 inch think peiceas and refrigarate them. This makes the candy hard. It takes about 3 hours to fully harden.
