Description:
Boil the potatoes with skin till they are very soft, then remove the skin and mash them well. Add the finely chopped onions and corriander along with salt and red chilli, mix well. Then with your hand take equal amounts and make small flat patties. Heat the oil in a pan to fry. Beat the egg, dip the patties in the egg and then put them in the oil to fry one by one, cook till the egg is well cooked. Serve hot with any sauce desired, works well with a yoghurt dip.
