Ingredients
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1(small - chopped)
Directions

Cut the potatos in to 4 pieces and boil it in the hot water until it gets boiled. Remove the potatos before it is too cooked. Remove the skin an d cut the potatoes into pieces.

In a frying pan , add 3 tsp of oil and add Musturd, Urud dhal, Channa dhal and Curry leaves and add the chopped onion and tomoto; once the onion becomes golden brown, add the peeled Potato and Turmeric and salt. And fry it for 3 minutes. Add the chili powder and fry it in sim for 10 minutes. Add Salt to taste.
