Directions

Slice the onion with Mandolin.

Heat the oil in a wok.
4.
Stir fry the onions for 30 seconds.

Stir making sure the potatoes are well coated in oil.
7.
Add the stock and soy sauce.
8.
Reduce heat to low, cook for 15 minutes but turn the potatoes every 5 minutes.
9.
Take the cover off the wok, cook for another 5 minutes.
10.
Check to make sure potatoes are cooked.
11.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
12.
Put potaotes in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
