oz cream cheese (be creative! use a flavored cream cheese!)

cup graham cracker crumbs

Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs and seasoning. Pat into 8x8 inch pan.

Empty cream cheese into a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat till fluffy. Add in egg and sugar and continue beating. Add in pumpkin and other dry ingredients. Continue beating. When throughly mixed, pour filling over graham cracker crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Let cool for 1 hour, place in fridge till serving.
