A moist, somewhat healthy bread which makes a great breakfast treat, snack or dessert!

Ingredients

¾ Cup Flour

tsp Baking Powder
1
tsp Baking Soda
1
tsp Salt

Eggs
1
Can Pumpkin (15 oz)
1
tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Ground Cloves
Pinch Nutmeg
2
Cups Sugar
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Strongly Brewed Pumpkin Flavor Tea (or regular black tea if pumpkin is unavailable to you)

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 4 miniature loaf pans, or 2 large and set aside.

Sift together dry ingredients, including spices and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin to the egg mixture and blend well. Alternate adding flour mixture, tea and oil, mixing between each addition. When all ingredients are added and blended, pour batter into the loaf pans and bake for approx. 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
