package baby bella mushrooms

can reduced sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup

tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3
cup Bordeaux (or other red) wine
3/4
tbsp. Herbs de Provence
Directions

1. Wash and slice mushrooms; finely chop garlic cloves.

2. Saute ground beef, mushrooms, and garlic over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.

3. Add the Herbs de Provence and continue cooking until browned.

4. in a separate pan, begin preparing the noodles per package directions.
5.
5. After draining the grease, return mixture to heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, red wine, and mushroom soup.

6. Simmer and stir for approximately 10 minutes.

7. Take the beef off of the burner and add the sour cream.

8. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over the noodles.
