Ingredients
cheese of your choice (I used 2 organic cheddar slices)
Directions
1.
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, halfway through, add the frozen spinach.
2.
Drain & set aside without rinsing.
3.
Over low heat melt the butter.
4.
Add the flour slowly while stirring to thicken.
5.
When it is looking gloppy, add the milk and stir.
6.
When it is nice and creamy (you can add more milk if you need to), add the cheese and melt.
7.
When the sauce has a nice consistency, add the noodles w/spinach so they get covered in the sauce.
8.
You can substitute with more serious cheese or other veggies such as peas, carrots, etc...
