Roast Grilled Chicken with dry fruits

Description:

When hunger strikes, then experimentation begins. Tasted a similar concoction at a friends place and then improvised.

Prep:

2 hours to marinate, 35 minutes to cook

Ingredients

A microwave with convection cooking facility and grill.
Full chicken  (not more than 1.2 kgs)
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tbsp lemon juice from 8 odd lemons
salt (to taste)
crushed cashew nuts
a handful walnuts and kishmish 
less than a handful honey 
2-3 tbsp hunger passion

Directions

1.
1. mix the corainder powder, lemon juice and salt.
2. marinate the chicken in the mix and keep it aside for 2 hours.
3. Put the assorted dryfruits inside the chicken.
4. Put the chicken in appropriate microwave friendly plate and start convection cooking/grill for 34 minutes. If you enter the right qty of chicken then the microwave will decided for itself.
5. after 15 minutes, flip the chicken over and pour honey on both sides of the chicken to get a glaze.
6. garnish the chicken with mint leaves and serve with white wine.
