Roasted Orange Marmalade Chicken
An orange marmalade glaze is an easy way to easily use a chicken.

Ingredients

| 1 | chicken, whole, approx. 4 lb. |
| 1 | Jar (10 oz.) Orange Marmalade |
| 1/2 | tsp. allspice, ground |
| 1/4 | tsp. ginger, ground |
| 1/8 | tsp. black pepper, ground |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. |
| Step 2 | 2. Remove gizzards from chicken, set aside. Quickly rinse chicken under cold water before putting in roasting pan. |
| Step 3 | 3. Mix spices together and rub into chicken's surface. |
| Step 4 | 4. Pour marmalade over chicken, coating thoroughly. Cover roasting pan. |
| Step 5 | 5. Bake in oven for approx. 85 minutes. Turn chicken at least 3 times during cooking. |
