Roasted Orange Marmalade Chicken

An orange marmalade glaze is an easy way to easily use a chicken.

Ingredients
1 chicken, whole, approx. 4 lb.
1 Jar (10 oz.) Orange Marmalade
1/2 tsp. allspice, ground
1/4 tsp. ginger, ground
1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 2. Remove gizzards from chicken, set aside. Quickly rinse chicken under cold water before putting in roasting pan.
Step 3 3. Mix spices together and rub into chicken's surface.
Step 4 4. Pour marmalade over chicken, coating thoroughly. Cover roasting pan.
Step 5 5. Bake in oven for approx. 85 minutes. Turn chicken at least 3 times during cooking.
