Directions

After removing the seeds from a fresh pumpkin, wash them and remove any pulp from them. Lay them on a paper towel to dry.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lay the seeds in a single layer on the sheet and spray the seeds. Add salt to taste.
3.
Roast the seeds in a 300 degree oven until they turn golden brown, about 1 hour. Cool and eat!
