Ingredients

cup flour
4
eggs
1/2
cup milk

tsp butter
1/3
tsp salt

tbsp sugar
1
cup powdered sugar
Syrup
1
1/2 cup honey
4
tsp sugar
1
1/2 fat to fry

Directions

1.
Blend eggs, sugar and butter.
2.
Add salt, milk and flour and knead stiff dough.
3.
Leave dough for 40 minutes, then roll out finely and cut stripes 1/2 inch long and fry in well preheated fat for 5-7 minutes.
4.
Put in a sift to let fat draw away.
5.
Cook honey and sugar until dense.
6.
Put stripes in honey syrup and mix thoroughly.
7.
Shape small hills on plates.
8.
Decorate with nuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
