Description:

This is an oldie but a goodie from Russian Kitchen. It has complex taste and will be a hit at any party! It is easy to make and tastes Great!!!!!

Ingredients

Haring-
2
Beets-2
Potatoes-2
or 3 depending on size
Carrots 2-3 depending on size,
eggs-
2-3 depending on your taste,
Mayonnaise - 150-200 grams

Directions

1.
Filet each haring and cut in to tiny cubes. On a rough grater, grate boiled potatoes, carrots and beets, mix the grated vegetables with mayonnaise. Boil the eggs and grate them as well.
2.
Divide your potatoes, carrots and beets in to two portions. Take a large plate and layer beets, carrots, potatoes and all of your haring, then use the other portion of your veggies and layer them on top of haring. Shape your salad in to rectangular or oval shape and sprinkle your grated eggs on top.
