GRAM Mustard, Two cup of curd, 0.25 kilo sago, 10 grams oil, As you wish green, pepper and salt, Lightly Asafotida, Pepper, Nigella-seeds.

Put sago into water for 2 hours. Fry mustard in boil the oil, Nigella-seeds in it. Take sago, Add mustard and stir. Fry the mixure, add Asafotida, Pepper,salt and greens. This is tasteful and different tiffen, which reduce the fat and gives health.
