tsp honey-Dijon mustard

tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 1/2-ounce packages baby greens

cups diced smoked turkey or chicken (about 10 ounces)

cups diced plum tomatoes

1/2 cups diced avocados

cup chopped peeled hard-boiled eggs

cup crumbled cooked bacon

cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions

Blend first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Season dressing with salt and pepper.

Divide greens among 6 plates. Place rows of turkey, tomatoes and avocados atop greens. Sprinkle each salad with eggs, bacon and blue cheese. Drizzle salads with dressing and serve.
