Ingredients

1
tbsp roasted sesame oil
1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced with mandolin
1 tbsp powdered ginger
4 cups of chicken broth
4 1/2 ounces your favorite pasta, cut in half
3 tbsp soy sauce
Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

1.
Heat the sesame oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Season the pork with powder ginger for a few minutes
Add the pork and sliced onions and stir-fry 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth, pasta and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until pork and pasta are cooked, about 10 minutes.
Serve and add cayenne pepper to taste
