Ingredients

grams Cold smoked salmon. 6 cooked eggs. 1 cup dill. 100 grams Shrimps. 1 grapefruit or 3 limes. 250 grams natural soft cheese. 3-4 cups of Creme Fracie 1 spoon of majones and 2 cups of fish sause. 1 long lightbread you will also need a cocumber for decoration.

Put the Fisg cube in 2 cups of boiling wather. Put also the eggs in a pot and let them boil till the yellow and the white gets hard inside the eggs. Take the fish sause from the stove and let it cool down. When eggs are finnished put them in a bowl with cold weather and let them cool off. In mean time kut the adges on the bread to make it smooth Cut it in few peases. If you buy the sandwitch cake bottom from store it is usualy finnished slised. Now take a new bowl and put 1 and half to 2 cups of creme fraice in the bowl. Take off the sheald from the eggs and cut the egg in small cubes and put it in the bowl with the creme frace.Then chopp a handfull of dill and put that also in the bowl. Cut the salmon 150 grams of it into small cubes and put that into the bowl. Take a spoon and mix the ingredients together.Now wet the bread peace with the fish sause and put some of the mix on the bread. Spread it out with the spoon.Do so till there is no more of the mix and put one more bread slise ontop of it!Now to the magic! First you need to fix the mix that is going to bee ontop of the cake. Take a new bowl. Put 1 and half to 2 cups of creme fraiche in it. one spoon of Majones and 170 grams of the soft natural chease. Mix that together! The chese will make the mix little more harder so it is not so creamy or maby wet is more the wordl! When you have mixed it well and put the whoul content in the bowl that you now have mixed on top of the cake. Make sure the mix coveres the whould bread. I use a knide to spread the mix out! Now the decor! Take the rest of the cold smoked salomon and make that to roses. If you feel that is to hard or two much job you can just roll them. Putt shrimps between the salmon. Cut the grape in peaces and put that between the shrims. Take the cocumber and slice it in thin peaces and put that on the sides on the cake. Cut some dill it does not need to bee well cutted and spread that on top of the cake. Now it is just to serve to coffy or juice. Bon Apetite!
