Freshly ground black pepper

c Roughly chopped chives
Directions

1. Place parsley, capers, chives, ginger and onion in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

2. Process until finely chopped. Add olive oil, lemon or lime juice and egg. Process until smooth.

3. Mix/ combine soy sauce and sugar.

4. Brush with soy sauce mixture unto salmon steak .

5. Barbecue steaks, turning occasionally until salmon is cooked, then serve hot with Green Ginger Sauce.
