Ingredients

SALSA:
1/2
c Sun-dried tomatoes
1/2
c Chopped black olives
2
cl Garlic
1
tb Chopped fresh basil
2
tbsp Olive oil
1
tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2
lb Boneless, skinless salmon fillet
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped fresh herbs
2 tb Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.dill, tarragon, mint, thyme

2. Place the salmon on oiled foil then Sprinkle with lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper Enclose with foil.

3. Place salmon the grill and close the lid.

4.Grill for up to 12 minutes or until the white juices appears.

For Sun-dried Tomato Salsa:

Chop tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olives by hand or in a food processor until chunky.

Stir them in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Makes about 3/4 cup.

5. Remove and unrap salmon from grill, slide onto serving platter then serve with the salsa.
