Ingredients

1
Loaf of Cuban Bread (Use French or Italian Bread if you have no access to Cuban bread)
1
pound cooked ham (sliced thin)
1
pound roast pork (cooked and sliced)
1/2
pound sliced Swiss cheese
dill pickles (sliced)
Yellow mustard
Griddle or panini maker

Directions

1.
Preheat a griddle on medium heat.
2.
Cut the loaf of bread into four and slice each quarter in half lengthwise for the sandwiches.
3.
Spread the mustard or mayonnaise on the bread.
4.
On each quarter, layer pickles, roasted pork, ham, and cheese.
5.
Lightly coat the cooking surface of the griddle or frying pan with butter.
6.
Place one sandwich onto the hot surface.
7.
Put a clean, heavy skillet on top of the sandwich to squish it or just use your panini maker.
8.
Press the bread down until it is super thin.
9.
Leave the skillet on top of the sandwich and grill for one or two minutes.
10.
Lift the heavy skillet, turn the sandwich over and repeat this step for the other side of the sandwich.
11.
The cheese should be melted and the bread golden brown.
12.
Slice each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
