Ingredients

can (4.5 oz.) chopped hatch chilies

lbs. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

eggs, lightly beaten

tsp. seasoned salt

cup evaporated milk

Directions

1.
Layer chilies and cheese in oiled 9x13 inch casserole. Combine eggs, salt, and milk and pour over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
