Roasted Chicken Breasts

of red or white onion (food processor)

cloves of garlic minced

stalks of celery finely chopped

c of sour pickle or dill pickle relish

onion powder cube or 1 tsp onion powder
Chop chicken and add to sauce, fold chicken into sauce. Serve on slightly toasted whole wheat baguettes and enjoy.
Directions

Roast 4 large chicken breasts in oven

Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper and 2 cubes of chicken bullion. Bake @ 400 for 25-30 minutes.

Make mayo sauce while chicken is baking.
