Ingredients

Eggs -4, onions - 2, Tomatoes - 3, Oil - 3 tsp, Butter - 2 tsp, Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp, salt as requried.
Grind together - Red chillies - 6, Dhania - 1 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, garlic - 6 flakes, ginger - 1/2 inch, coconut - 3tsp, coriander leaves - 1 small bunch.

Directions

Heat oil and fry onions for 1 or 2 minutes. Pour tomato pulp and boil for few minutes. Add ground mixutre with enough salt and little sugar. Boil till gravy becomes thick. Heat butter in a pan and quickly scramble eggs using a fork. Season with salt, chilli powder and little pepper. Add this to the boiling gravy. Sprinkle garam masala powder and remove from fire.
