Ingredients

whole sea bass
2
lime, juice only
1
chilly

tbsp mint
1
sm fennel
2
radish

Directions

1.
1. Fillet and skin fish.
2.
2. Put the fish into a container with lime juice and chilly. Leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
3.
3. Make salad by chopping mint, fennel, and radish.
4.
4. Present nicely!

5. Enjoy!
