Ingredients

MARINATE

tbsp soya sauce

and half tbsp sesame oil

and half ybsp oyster sauce
1
tsp sugar
2
tbsp dark soysauce
2
tsp potato starch
Ingredients

ml water
cooking oil

chicken wings
6-8
slices of ginger
spring onion 1 stalk(cut into
long pieces)

Directions

Firstly,wash and place chicken in a

clean bowl.

Secondly,put in the MARINATE.
4.
Mix well.
5.
Leave in fridge for 45 mins

45 mins later....
7.
Heat up the wok with medium heat
8.
pour in one tablespoon sesame oil
9.
one tablespoon cooking oil
10.
30 secs later
11.
add in ginger
12.
45 secs later
13.
put in marinated chicken
14.
stir fry for 5 mins
15.
add in water
16.
let it boil till chicken is cooked
17.
taste the chicken
18.
if salty add *adequate amount of water
19.
*taste differs for people*
20.
when its boiled for 15 mins

pour into bowl

add spring onions in top.
