cups shelled cooked shrimp.
Directions
1.
Puree the shrimp, cheese, creme fraiche and lemon juice in the food processor.
2.
Add salt and pepper to taste and puree once more.
3.
Add dill and if you like it hot a little cayenne pepper.
4.
Puree again and put into fridge.
5.
Once it is chilled serve and garnish with fresh dill.
