c. Saki (Japanese wine)

1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled
Directions
1.
Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.
2.
Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to taste.
3.
Broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
4.
Serve with rice pilaf.
