Shrimp Mousse Dip

This recipe was given to my by D. Bozzini, many years ago. It is a crowd pleaser~!

Ingredients
SHRIMP DIP
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream or mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup of finely chopped green oinon
1 can golden or cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Knox gelatin
2 tbsp. water
One or two cans of DRAINED shrimp.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Heat water and gelatin - dissolve gelatin. Add cream cheese, sour cream and soup until well blended.
Step 2 Add:
Step 3 Shrimp, (canned 1 or 2 cans - well drained!) celery and onions.
Step 4 Mix all and pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or a bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
