Shrimp Mousse Dip
This recipe was given to my by D. Bozzini, many years ago. It is a crowd pleaser~!

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
| SHRIMP DIP | |
| 8 | oz. cream cheese |
| 1/2 | cup of sour cream or mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup finely chopped celery |
| 1/2 | cup of finely chopped green oinon |
| 1 | can golden or cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | envelope Knox gelatin |
| 2 | tbsp. water |
| One or two cans of DRAINED shrimp. |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | Heat water and gelatin - dissolve gelatin. Add cream cheese, sour cream and soup until well blended. |
| Step 2 | Add: |
| Step 3 | Shrimp, (canned 1 or 2 cans - well drained!) celery and onions. |
| Step 4 | Mix all and pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or a bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers. |
