Thinly slice a portion of onion. Chop 2 cups of BokChoy. Bring 2 cups of water with bullion cube to a boil. Add Bok Choy, onion and garlic powder to taste, remember the cup of noodles already has seasoning, season this concotion lightly! While the Bok Choy and onion are cooking, rinse a portion of shrimp in warm water to thaw. When the vegetable are nearly done, turn off the heat and add the noodles, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Add cooked shrimp and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with Soy Sauce to taste! A quick warm soup for one on a cold day or a tight budget!
