Grilled cheesy corn on the cob

15 to 20 minutes

Ingredients

ears of corn, husked
1/4
cup of butter, softened
2
tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
tsp dried Rosemary leaves crushed
salt and pepper

ice cubes

Directions

1.
Preheat grill
2.
Center corn on Aluminum foil sheet
3.
Spread butter on corn. Sprinkle with cheese and spices.
4.
Add ice cubes
5.
Bring foil to the sides. Double fold top and make ends seal
6.
Grill covered for about 15 to 20 minutes
