Description:

This recipe comes from my grandma's kitchen. Need time and patience to simmer the ribs; then they can melt in your mouth :)

Ingredients

1
kg of short ribs

tbsp of fermented bean sauce
12
tbsp of light soy sauce

tbsp of vinegar

tbsp of brown sugar
4
small Chinese pickle-plum

small chili
1.5
cups of water

Directions

1.
1.) Mix all ingredients together
2.
2.) Make sure the ribs are coated well with the sauce
3.
3.) Leave it marinated for 30 mins
4.
4.) Then add water to the ingredients and put on stove with high heat
5.
5.) Till water boiled, lower down the heat and let it simmered for 3 hours
6.
6.) Serve with rice or noodle
