Tiger Prawns 26-30 Skin off and devined

Soup spoon potato flour

Shallots finely sliced

tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds

Soup spoon Condensed milk

Soup spoon Evaporated Milk

Soup spoon Tomato Ketchup

Soup spoon Lemon juice
Mix all the above ingredients for the sauce
Directions
1.
1) Mixed the Tiger prawns in the beaten egg, mix well in potato flour and keep separate

2) Deep Fry in oil prawns until crispy
3.
3) Mix the fried prawns with the sauce and garnish with the chopped shallots and sesame seeds
