Description:

This particular Sinigang is my first time to cook but not one of my favorites simply because. I'm not really a fish person I'm more of a meat and vegetable person and that I'm not into fish in soup unless if it is shrimps, or other shellfish.

Ingredients

bangus or milk fish cut into 5 segments
1
onion sliced
3
tomatoes sliced
green chillies
fish sauce
sinigang mix
water
mustard greens
oil

Directions

1.
In a pot with hot oil saute sliced onions until soft but still tender. Then add a dash of pepper and fish sauce and stir and then add water bring to a boil. When soup has come to a boil add tomatoes and green chillies and then sinigang or soup mix. Bring to a reboil then add fish simmer for a few minutes then add the mustard greens then simmer then transfer to serving bowl and serve with hot rice enjoy.:o)
