Large green, red, and yellow pepper
Directions

1. Cut peppers, remove seeds then trim, cut each half into thirds.

2. Mix oil and lemon then brush unto peppers.
3.
3. Place sirloin steak and peppers on grid over ash-covered coals.
4.
4. Broil up to 20 min., turning the steak occasionally.
5.
5. Season steak with salt and pepper.
6.
6. Carve steak into thin slices and serve with the grilled peppers.
