lbs. ground beef (or ground turkey)

In large skillet, brown and crumble ground beef until cooked through. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until the sauce is thick. Alternatively, after the beef is browned, mix all ingredients and heat in crock pot for several hours, until ready to serve. Serve on hamburger buns.
