small package pudding mix (chocolate, white chocolate or vanilla works)
walnuts or pecans if desired

Combine melted margerine and brown sugar, allow to cool to room temperature. Mix in eggs and vanilla thoroughly. In seperate bowl, combine flour, pudding mix and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients gradually. Add in chocolate chips and nuts if desired. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 9-12 minutes untl golden brown around edges. These cookies will never get crunchy, so they'll look soft when they are fully cooked!!!
