Directions

Mix the cornflour, pepper, soya sauce, with some water.

The mix the vegetable stock in it and boil. Add the salt and stir.

Heat the oil and fry the carrot, finely cut green Onion.
4.
Pour the corn flour. and vinegar.
5.
Boil for a while and mix in the chitli and garlic sauce and serve hot.
